Bhutan CCM Oversight provides an oversight in grant implementation. In general, oversight is a key function of governance. Oversight ensures that activities are implemented as planned by providing strategic direction to principal recipients, ensuring policies and procedures are met, instituting financial controls (including independent audits), and following through on key recommendations. Oversight is a key function of good governance rather than implementation. The PR is responsibile to provide timely, updated reports to the CCM. The CCM reviews these reports, analyze the information received, and provide guidance to the PR on grant implementation with support of the Oversight Committee.
